Ninetabs staff, including Anu on support, will never ask for them.Choose a PIN you do not use anywhere else, and avoid easy ones like 1234 or your birth year.Use a passkey where it is offered, for faster and safer sign-in.We only reply to you inside the app chat. Be careful of anyone who contacts you somewhere else pretending to be us.If you think someone knows your PIN, change it right away in Profile and message support.
